【摘要】 目的了解影响牙再植成功的各种因素。方法对用常规方法进行牙再植术的46颗再植牙的效果进行分析。结果口外期30min内的再植成功率为92%。口外期1～2h内的再植成功率仅为12%。根尖孔尚未完全形成的再植牙,不做牙髓治疗均成功。根尖孔闭锁的再植牙中,做牙髓根管治疗的成功率在60%,而未做牙髓治疗的无1例成功。结论口外期30min行牙再植术是最佳时机。再植牙根尖孔完全闭锁时,最好先做牙髓根管治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the varied factors that affect the tooth reimplantation. Methods The materials of routine tooth implantation of 46 cases were analyzed. Results The successful rate of extraloral duration within half hour was 92% and extraoral duration within 1～2 h was 12%. The incomplete formation of tip hole had succeeded without pulp treatment and the successful rate in top hole close was 60% with canal therapy and no success without therapy. Conclusion The best change for reimplantation should be within half hour and the canal therapy should be performed for tip close tooth.更多还原
