【摘要】 目的　探讨生精冲剂对精索静脉曲张睾丸中超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、过氧化氢酶 (CAT)、血管紧张素转化酶 (ACE)活性及脂质过氧化物 (LPO)、一氧化氮 (NO)含量的影响。方法　测定治疗组大鼠睾丸中SOD、CAT、ACE活性及LPO、NO含量与模型组的差别。结果　治疗组大鼠睾丸中SOD、CAT、ACE活性高于模型组 ,LPO、NO含量低于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论　生精冲剂对精索静脉曲张生成的睾丸脂质过氧化损伤具有保护作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to study the change of the activity of SOD, CAT, ACE and the content of LPO, NO in varicocele testis induced by shengjing instant powder. Methods To assay the content of LPO, NO and the activity of SOD, CAT and ACE in varicocele testis. Results The activity of SOD, CAT and ACE was higher in cure-group rat testis than that in model-group. On the contrary the content of LPO and NO in cure group was lower. Conclusion Shengjing instant powder might protect the testis fron the injury of lipid peroxidation in varicocele.更多还原
