【摘要】 目的　研究对HBsAg、HBeAg双阳性母亲及她们所生的新生儿采用不同的阻断方法 ,阻断母婴传播的效果有何不同。方法　在道里区的 4家产科单位选择 2 0 0 1- 0 1- 0 1～ 2 0 0 3- 0 6 - 30期间 ,由HBsAg、HBeAg双阳性母亲所生的 15 8名新生儿按阻断方法的不同分为 3组 ,于婴儿 12个月龄时 ,采血检测HBsAg和抗 -HBs。结果　 3组的HBsAg阳性率分别为 2 6 32 %、11 4 8%和 10 % ,其中采用乙肝疫苗与乙肝免疫球蛋白联合免疫的两组HBsAg阳性率显著低于单独采用乙肝疫苗免疫组 (P <0 0 5 )。 3组抗 -HBs阳转率分别为 74 14 %、81 97%和 75 % ,各组间阳转率无显著性差异。结论　乙肝免疫球蛋白与乙肝疫苗联合免疫对母婴垂直传播的阻断效果优于单独接种乙肝疫苗 ,但乙肝免疫球蛋白与乙肝疫苗联合免疫哪种方法更好还有待进一步研究更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Study and adopt different methods of blocking to the neonate that HBsAg,HBeAg Shuangyang and others gave birth to in purpose of the summary,there is different any in the result of blocking mother-baby transmission.Method four obstetrical department unit of district choose will it be will it be one January 2001 to June 30,2003 in dish,divided into three groups from Shuangyang mother 158 neonates given birth to of HBsAg,HBeAg according to blocking the difference of methods,collect blood to measure HBsAg and resist during age of December-HBs.Result Three groups of HBsAg positive rates is 26 respectively for the result.32%,11.48% and 10%,among them adopt the hepatitis B vaccine to unite immune two groups of HBsAg positive rate and less than adopting the immune group of hepatitis B vaccine with the hepatitis B and immunoglobulin(Ig) alone notably(P<0.05).Three groups resist-the rotating rate of male genital of HBs is 74 respectively.14%,81.97% and 75%,the transfering to rate of male genital does not have significance difference among every group.Conclusion hepatitis B and immunoglobulin(Ig) unite the immunity and superior to inoculating the hepatitis B vaccine to the vertical result of blocking that spread of mother and baby alone with the hepatitis B vaccine,but hepatitis B between immunoglobulin(Ig) and hepatitits B vaccine unite which kine of kind to is it study further to remain also method have immunity.更多还原
