【摘要】 目的　探讨微创钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折的可行性与优越性。方法　选择 17例胫骨远端骨折病人 ,在C臂X线透视下复位。硬膜外麻醉下选择适当小切口 ,显露骨折断端及远端关节 ,透视下进行正确复位 ,将三叶单型支持钢板从骨折远端骨膜外插入。将另一块钢板与之对合 ,螺钉拧入固定。结果　 17例病人均随访 12～ 2 0个月 ,分别于 6、12周 ;6、12个月常规摄片复查 ,按Johnor -Wruhs评分标准 ,优良者 15例 ,仅 2例出现行走疼痛。结论　微创钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折可行 ,且优点较多更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the possibility and advantage of treatment of distal tibial fracture with internal fixation of microinvasive percutaneous steel plate. Methods 17 cases of Distal tibial fracture patient were treated with small incision and internal fixation under “C” fluoroscopy using three leaf type plate and epidural anesthesia. Results All patients were followed up 12～20 months and taken film at 6w, 12w, 6m and 12m. There were 15 excellent and 2 cases had walking pain according to Johmor-Wruhs standard. Conclusion This method might have many advantage than other methods.更多还原
