【摘要】 目的　探讨参附注射液在腹膜透析中作用。方法　选择肾功衰竭病例 ,在常规透析液中加用参附注射液静点 ,1次 /d ,14d为 1个疗程。设定诸多反映残余肾功的指标。结果　采用参附注射液静点组测定治疗后KT/V值 ,Ccr ,RRF及尿量等均优于对照组。结论　参附注射液配合传统透析 ,可有效保护肾脏残余肾功能更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the action of Shenfu injection on abdominal dialysis. Methods The renal failure patient was dialyzed routinely and injected shenfu per day 14 days as a course. The renal function was detected. Results The KT/V, CCR, RRF and urine volume in therapy group were better that those in control group. Conclusion The shenfu injection combined with traditional methods could treat and protect the residual renal function.更多还原
