【摘要】 目的缩短全麻术后呼吸机支持患者的带管时间,减轻患者痛苦。方法采用随机法将63例全麻术后患者分为实验组(33例)和对照组(30例)。实验组机械通气15 min后根据患者呼吸恢复情况将呼吸机触发灵敏度由-2.0 cmH2O调至-1.0 cmH2O-、0.5 cmH2O;对照组始终维持触发灵敏度在-2.0 cmH2O。结果实验组带管时间为(160.20±58.80)min,对照组为(209.40±58.80)min,实验组显著短于对照组(t=-3.99,P<0.01);两组拔管后30 min血气分析结果及呼吸频率比较,差异无显著性意义(均P>0.05)。结论全麻术后早期调节呼吸机触发灵敏度在保证安全的基础上有利于患者及早锻炼自主呼吸,缩短其清醒时的带管时间,减少患者经受气管插管造成的痛苦。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To shorten the intubation time in patients with ventilator after general anesthesia operation in order to alleviate the pain of the patients by adjusting trigger sensitivity. Methods Sixty-three patients receiving general （anesthesia） were divided into an experimental group （n=33） and a control group （n=30）. In the experimental group, the trigger sensitivity was adjusted from -2.0 cmH₂O to 1.0 cmH₂O, -0.5 cmH₂O 15 minutes after mechanical ventilation, while in the controls, the sensitivity was kept at -2.0 cmH₂O all the time. Results The intubation time was （160.20±58.80） minutes in the experimental group and it was （209.40±58.80） minutes in the control group. The intuabation time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of controls （（t=-3.99）,P<0.01）. No significant difference was found between the two groups in the results of blood gas （analysis） and respiratory rate 30 minutes after extubation （P>0.05 for all）.Conclusion Adjusting the trigger sensitivity of the ventilator at the early stage of ventilation, with safety guarantteed, can help patients in the training of self-respiration, shorten the intubation time and ease the suffering of intubation.更多还原
