【摘要】 目的探讨APACHEⅡ评分在制定ICU患者护理措施中的应用价值。方法将67例ICU患者随机分为观察组(37例)和对照组(30例)。观察组每天进行APACHEⅡ评分,并根据评分结果进行护理人员配置和实施护理措施;对照组按护理级别行常规护理。比较两组住ICU时间、医疗费用、住院期间并发症发生率;护士对护理资源配置的满意度和患者对ICU护理工作的满意度。结果观察组住ICU时间、医疗费用、并发症发生率均显著低于对照组(均P<0.05);患者对护理工作的满意度以及护士对护理资源配置的满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论APACHEⅡ评分的应用可以更好地指导ICU资源的合理配置,实施相应的护理措施,从而提高护理质量及患者对护理工作的满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of acute physiology and chronic health evaluation score (APACHE ) in making nursing measures of intensive care units patients.Methods Sixty-seven ICU patients were divided into observation group (n=37) and control group (n=30). In the observation group, APACHE scoring was done, and the allocation of the nurses and implementation of nursing measures were carried out, while in the control group, routine nursing care was given. Hospital stay, medical fees, incidence of complications during the hospitalization, satisfaction of the nurses and the patients were compared between two groups. Results In the observation group, the hospital stay was shortened, medical fees were reduced, incidence of complications during the hospitalization was decreased as compared with those in the control group (all P<0.05).In the observation group, the nurses and patients had a significantly better satisfaction than in the control group (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion APACHE scoring system has the potential to improve the ICU quality of nursing and satisfaction of nurses and patients.更多还原
