凡士林纱布小包装环氧乙烷灭菌效果观察
Application of Anprolene in the Sterilization of Vaseline Gauze
【摘要】 目的解决凡士林纱布灭菌难、保管难的问题。方法将厚度为8层(1块)、16层(2块)、24层(3块)、32层(4块)、40层(5块)凡士林纱布分别采用聚乙烯袋包装,将含活菌量5×105~6/片的枯草黑色变种芽胞(ATCC9372)置凡士林纱布的中央(方法1)或将菌片与凡士林纱布直接混合(方法2)或在每小袋凡士林纱布上、中、下3层中间各放入3M化学指示卡1条(方法3),再用3M纸塑包装纸封口,共225个样本采用环氧乙烷(EO)灭菌柜进行6h灭菌。方法1、方法2于灭菌后行细菌培养,方法3分别于灭菌后第3、6、9、12个月检查化学指示卡和行细菌培养。结果化学指示卡显示灭菌完全达标,细菌培养均为阴性。结论该方法灭菌彻底、有效期长,保管简便,携带使用方便。
【Abstract】 Objective To solve the problem with the sterilization and storage of Vaseline gauze.Methods The Vazeline gauze of 8 layers (1 pieces), 16 layers (2 pieces), 24 layers (3 pieces), 32 layers (4 pieces) and 40 layers (5 pieces) were respectively packaged with polyethylene bags and the spores of bacillus subtilis varniger (ATCC9372, 5×10 5-6/piece) were put in the middle of the Vaseline gauze(Method 1), or mixed with the Vaseline gauze(Method 2) A chemical indicator was put in the upper, middle and lower layer and the bags were sealed with 3 M package paper(Method 3). A total of 225 samples were made. Sterilization was performed in epoxyethane sterilization box for 6 h and bacterial culture was conducted 6 hours after the sterilization(Method 1 & Method 2). The chemical indicators and culture media were examined 3, 6, 9 and 12 months after the sterilization(Method 3). Results The chemical indicators showed that the sterilization met the standards and bacterial culture yielded negative results. Conclusion The technique can achieve complete sterilization and the bags have a long effective time and are easy to carry, store and use.
