【摘要】 目的通过居民对社区护理需求和社区护理工作模式评价的调查分析,为深圳社区护理发展的策略和对策提供依据。方法采用社区护理需求问卷对246位居民进行入户调查。结果居民社区护理需要选择排序为:社区紧急救护、健康教育服务、一般疾病简单处理、舒缓压力护理、心理咨询服务;仅18 7%居民主动选择社区护理服务。结论发挥深圳市社区护理的功能以居民需求为发展导向、完善相关政策和法规、改进现有工作模式、提高执业者综合素质等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To present the policy and strategy for the development of community nursing in Shenzhen city by investigation on community nursing requirement and community nursing model among community residents. Methods Questionnaires regarding community nursing requirement among 246 residents by home investigation were performed. Results From the multiregression analysis by the SPSS 10.0, the priority sequence of choices for community nursing was: community emergent first aid; health education services; common disease general treatments; stress strategies; mental health consultation. Only 18.7% residents showed the interests to actively choose community nursing care. Conclusion Strategies to make sure Shenzhen city community nursing to function should include the following 4 parts: The guidance for community nursing development in this city should fall in the respect of community resident requirements; To consummate some related policy and law; To renew or improve the current-exis- ting working model; To enhance the professional multi-skilled qualities.更多还原
