【摘要】 目的观察低分子肝素钠股动脉注射治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变的疗效。方法对40例糖尿病下肢血管病变患者在治疗糖尿病的基础上给予低分子肝素钠股动脉注射。观察治疗后临床症状、血液流变学以及血流动力学改善情况。结果治疗后患者临床症状、血液流变学以及血流动力学改善明显,治疗前后比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);未发现不良反应。结论低分子肝素钠股动脉注射对糖尿病下肢血管病变疗效显著,安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of low molecular weight heparin in treating peripheral diabetic vasculopathy. Methods Based on the common therapy of diabetes, 40 patients with diabetic peripheral vasculopathy were subjected to the treatment of low molecular weight heparin. To compare the clinical symptom, blood rheology and hemodynamics were observed before and after treatment. Results There was significant difference in the clinical symptom, blood rheology and hemodynamics before and after treatment (P<0.05, P<0.01), and no serious adverse reactions were found.. Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin has a good effect in treating diabetic peripheral vasculopathy and it’s safe.更多还原
