【摘要】 目的了解手术患者家属在术中等待期间的焦虑状态、相关因素及需求,为提高临床护理服务质量提供依据。 方法采用状态焦虑量表(stateanxiety,S AI)和自行设计的问卷对行急诊和择期手术的146名家属在等候患者手 术期间的焦虑状况和需求进行调查。结果总体焦虑评分42.53±5.22,呈较高水平,焦虑评分与患者年龄大、医师 职称低、等候时间长及施行全麻显著相关(均P<0.01),其中急诊手术患者家属(急诊组)焦虑评分显著高于择期 手术患者家属(择期组)(P<0.01);急诊组更关注与患者手术直接相关的信息,而对手术费用及等候环境的需求显 著低于择期组(均P<0.01)。结论护理人员应针对急诊与择期手术患者家属的特点及需求提供针对性的护理支 持,以减轻其等待期间的焦虑程度更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to provide data for improving the quality of clinical nursing, the anxiety, needs and related factors of family members of surgical patients during the waiting period of operation were investigated. Methods The family members of 146 patients undergoing emergency operation and selective operation were investigated by using self-designed questionnaires and S-AI on their anxiety and needs.Results The total score of anxiety was 42.53±5.22, which was relatively high. The score was positively related to the age of the patients involved, the professional title of doctor who performed the operations, length of waiting time and technique of anesthesia (P<0.01,for all). The anxiety level of family members of emergency operation patients was significantly higher than that of selective operation families (P<0.01). The family members of the emergency operation patients paid more attention to the information that is directly related to the operation, and less to the costs and waiting environment as compared with those of selective operation patients (P<0.01,for all).Conclusion Nursing stuff should provide nursing support for the waiting family members on the basis of their needs to reduce their anxiety.更多还原
