泵送混凝土早期收缩裂缝成因分析与控制
Reasons and preventions of early-age shrinkage cracking in pump concrete
【摘要】 本文主要对泵送混凝土早期收缩裂缝的原因进行分析,结合实际工程,选择某大型厂房天面超长、超宽的结构,C40泵送施工。通过试验,采用C40泵送混凝土配合比,进行试验比对、分析,结合工程应用实例,提出早期收缩裂缝的一些观点以及质量控制措施。
【Abstract】 It analyzed the reason of early-age crack in pump concrete combining with engineering practice of myriametre superbroad structure factory with C40 pump concrete.By the C40 pump concrete match ratio, the comparison experiment analyzed the detail condition.It provides some opinions and measurements for the early-age shrinkage crack.
