陶粒有效弹性模量及其预估
The effective elastic modulus of ceramsite and its predication
【摘要】 陶粒弹性模量值对陶粒混凝土的变形性能、强度和耐久性等有重要影响。已有的国内外测定陶粒弹性模量的方法都存在不足之处。陶粒有效弹性模量系通过测定陶粒混凝土和砂浆基体相应的动弹性模量,然后建立两者的关系式,再采用图解法求得。有效弹性模量能比较真实地反映混凝土中陶粒对混凝土弹性模量的贡献,并且包括了各种因素对陶粒弹性模量的综合影响。本试验共测定了七种国产陶粒的有效弹性模量,并且建立了用陶粒颗粒表观密度预估陶粒有效弹性模量的计算公式。
【Abstract】 The elastic modulus of ceramsite is an important factor of influence on the deformability,the strength,and the durability of ceramsite concrete.The effective elastic modulus of ceramsite is solved by measuring the dynamic elastic modulus of ceramsite concrete and its mortar matrix.So the effective elastic modulus really shows the contribution of ceramsite to the elastic modulus of concrete and also includes the influence of different factors on the elastic modulus of ceramsite.Seven kinds of ceramsites made in China are tested.The relationship between the effective elastic modulus and particle apparent density of ceramsite is established.
