【Abstract】 The establishment of the database is the development and application of computer,communication,mess media and storing technique.Cultures of national minorities are the crystallization of wisdom of national minorities from generation to generation.Spreading and flourishing national minority’s cultures play an important part in promoting local economical and cultural construction.The article discusses the conditions,significance,methods and procedure for developing the database of Heilongjiang national culture documents and at the same time puts forward the existing problems in the construction.更多还原
