【摘要】 黑龙江省民族研究学会2004年年会暨少数民族全面建设小康社会专题研讨会于2004年在哈尔滨市召开,有68人出席了会议,有35篇涉及黑龙江省10个世居民族全面建设小康社会的论文在会上进行了交流。对少数民族及民族地区、人口较少民族、自治县县域等范畴的全面建设小康社会问题,提出了理论性的指导,对全面建设小康社会进程中的实际问题进行了可行性的论证。更多还原

【Abstract】 The seminar about the full construction of well-off society of national minorities in the annual meeting of HeiLongjiang National Research Academy was held in Harbin, in2004.At the meeting, the 68 attendants exchanged their 35 dissertations about the full construction of well-off society of the ten nationalities in HeiLongjiang province.The meeting puts forward some theoretical guidance for the problems in the construction of well-off society of national minorities and national regions, nationalities with few people and autonomous counties, and also puts forward some feasible expoundations for the practical problems appeared in the process of the construction.更多还原
