【摘要】 目的　探讨强化功能锻炼对老年康复期患者心身状况的影响。方法　将10 2例意识清醒、有功能缺损的老年康复期患者随机分成两组,对照组在争取客观支持的基础上加强生活护理,观察组在争取客观支持的基础上强化功能锻炼。应用社会支持评定量表、抑郁自评量表、生活满意度评定量表及日常生活能力量表在护理干预前后进行测试。结果　观察组在生活自理能力和生活满意度方面明显优于对照组。结论　老年康复期患者应重视客观支持的同时加强功能锻炼,以提高生活自理能力和生活满意度,促进心理健康,提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effect of active functional exercises on the elderly healthy patients’ mentally and physically.Method 102 elderly healthy patients who were conscious but absent of functions to some degree were randomly divided into two groups, with the control group in which the living care was enforced on the base of objective support and the observation group in which the functional exercises were enforced on the base of objective support. Measuring before and after nursing intevvention with SSRS?SDS?LSR?ADL tables .Result The self care ability and life satisfaction in observation group were much better than the control group. Conclusion The functional exercises should be enforced on the base of objective support for elderly healthy patients in order to improve their self care ability and life satisfaction, also to promote their mental health and the qualities of life.更多还原
