美国创业投资的道德风险及其驾驭机制
【摘要】 本文简要分析了美国创业投资中因双重委托代理关系而产生的道德风险,并分别对其风险驾驭机制进行了讨论,对我国新兴的创业投资业的发展具有一定的借鉴意义。
【Abstract】 This paper analyzed in some detail the moral hazard of American entrepreneurial investment,and summarized the incentive mechanism.There is much in their experiences and failures that China can make use in the development of high-tech industries.
