【Abstract】 In the first part this article introduces the background and conception of Green Logistics then it analyses the challenge that logistics enterprise has to face from the viewpoint of Chinese enterprise. With the general economic globalization background and close cooperation in economy and trade the cooperation between governments and people in green industry which relates to the human living environment must be further pushed.
