【Abstract】 This paper introduces the isolation, the extraction and other preparation methods of sulforaphane obtained in broccoli in detail by referring to literature at home and abroad, studies on its anticaricinogenic activity, which displays the bright prospect of development on it, and establishes the groundwork for developing and utilizing broccoli.更多还原
