【摘要】 对国标法检测蔬菜中的硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐的溶剂提取过程进行了改进.研究发现,偏碱性的缓冲溶液和低浓度的乙醇溶液对蔬菜中的硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐提取效果较好,实验得出了溶剂提取的最佳条件为60℃,提取10min,料液比1∶2时提取效果最好.更多还原
