【摘要】 用不同混酸对植物标样甘蓝进行消解并用ICP-AES法对其进行了定量分析,确定了各元素适合的样品处理方法.采用HNO3+HClO4法消解样品,用ICP-AES法测定了不同月份、不同部位刺五加中Ca、Mg、Na、Fe、Zn、Sr、Mn的质量分数,从结果可以看出,刺五加中的微量元素质量分数不仅因植物的部位不同而有明显的差异,还因采集时间的不同而有很大变化.更多还原

【Abstract】 The standard plant cabbage was digested by different mixed acid and determined quan titatively by ICP-AES in this paper,the suitable methods of digestion for different elements were confirmed.Digesting samples by using HNO₃+HClO₄ and HNO₃+H₂SO₄, Ca,Mg,Na,Fe,Zn,Sr,Mn in acanthopanax of different months is determined by ICP-AES.The results showed that the content of trace elements in acanthopanax were different between different sections, also be tween different months.更多还原
