温度和SRT对污泥高温好氧预处理的影响研究
Study on effect of temperature and SRT of aerobic thermophilic sludge pretreatment
【摘要】 为使高温好氧预处理反应器达到杀灭病原菌和稳定运行的效果,以剩余污泥为研究对象,通过试验确定其最佳运行温度和固体停留时间SRT.采用两个有效容积为8L的反应器,SRT为1d和1 5d,将它们分别运行在55℃、60℃、65℃,当温度大于60℃、SRT≥1d时,粪便大肠杆菌的密度从大于106MPN/gTS降到小于103MPN/gTS.污泥经高温好氧预处理后,VFA比进泥提高了1~2倍,同时COD降低了20%~30%.在试验条件下VS去除率为25%~32%,当温度由55℃上升到65℃时,VS去除率有5%左右的提高.试验结果表明,对污泥高温好氧预处理取温度60~62℃,SRT=1d是较为适宜的.
【Abstract】 Laboratory-scale experiments are conducted to determine optimum temperature and solid residence time (SRT) of aerobic thermophilic pretreatment of waste activated sludge to achieve maximum pathogen reduction and stable process performance. Two 8 L reactors are operated at temperature of 55, 60, 65 ℃and SRT of 1 d and 1. 5 d. At temperature higher than 60 ℃ and SRT≥1 d, the feed sludge fecal coliform density is reduced from higher than 10~6 MPN/gTS to lower than 10~3MPN/gTS. The sludge volatile fatty acids (VFA) concentration is increased by 100%~200% over the feed sludge VFA concentration. At the same time, supernatant chemical oxygen demand is reduced 20%~30%.Volatile solids reduction rate is 25%~32% in the experiment, and a 5% increase in volatile solids reduction was obtained when temperature was increased from 55 ℃ to 65 ℃.According to the results, temperature of 60~62 ℃ and SRT of 1 day are suitable for sludge aerobic thermophilic pretreatment.
