高效稳定纤维素分解菌复合系WSC-6的筛选及其功能
Construction of A Composite Microbial System Wsc-6 with Capacity of Degrading Cellulose Effectively And Its Function
【摘要】 以麦秸垛下的土壤和麦秸为原料的堆肥为材料,利用限制性培养技术,经过多代淘汰及其不同系之间的组配,最终筛选构建了一组木质纤维素分解菌复合系WSC-6。复合系100mL培养液在50℃下静止培养72h,可以分解0.48g滤纸、0.38g棉花和0.14g稻秆。在发酵液初始pH5~9的范围内,可以高效分解滤纸,且复合系均可以把发酵液的pH调节到中性,并最终稳定在8.0~8.5之间。在连续添加滤纸的情况下复合系可以保持纤维素分解活性20d以上,在滤纸分解过程中发酵液的pH维持在6.5以下,当滤纸分解完毕后pH恢复到8.0~8.5之间。
【Abstract】 A composite microbial system WSC-6 with capacity of degrading cellulose effectively was constructed by the techniques of limited cultivation. It was found that 0.48g of filter paper,0.38g of cotton and 0.14g of rice straw can be degraded by 100mL of WSC-6 at 50 ℃ within 72 hours under static culture. When the initial pH value of fermentation system was from 5.0 to 9.0,pH value can be changed to neutrality after inoculation,then stabled at between 8.0 and 8.5 after filter was degraded completely. Capability of cellulose degrading can be sustained more than 20 days when the substrates were added continually,and pH value of fermentation system was controlled 6.5 below during the substrate be degrading,then pH value increased. Value of pH was stabled between 8.0 and 8.5 after substrate was degraded completely.
