【摘要】 目的探讨2种不同集尿引流装置对预防尿路感染的效果。方法将43例留置导尿管患者随机分成2组,实验组24例,采用持续高度密闭式集尿器,对照组19例采用普通引流袋,观察2组患者临床症状及尿标本实验室结果。结果实验组尿路感染率明显低于对照组;实验组与对照组比较,在预防尿路感染的效果方面,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论持续密闭式集尿引流装置对降低尿路感染的效果明显优于普通引流袋,可避免分离尿管接口,减少尿袋更换频率。采取导尿系统的高度密闭性引流是目前留置尿管患者防止逆行尿路感染的合理选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of two different kinds of urinary drainage collecting sets in preventing urinary tract infection. Methods The experiment was done on 43 patients with urinary catheter who were divided into two groups randomly. In the experimental group, 24 patients were used the hermetic urinary measuring and collecting drainage set; In the control group, 19 patients were used the general urinary drainage bag. We observed the clinical symptoms and the urine laboratory result of all the patients in the two groups. Results The urinary infection rate in the experimental group is obviously lower than the comparative group. The result had the statistical meaning in comparing urinary tract infection (P<0.01). Conclusions The hermetic urinary measuring and collecting drainage set is obviously better than the general urinary drainage bag in reducing urinary tract infection. Reducing the frequency of changing the urinary bag, changing the open drainage set to hermetic drainage system is the best way to prevent the urinary tract infection for patients with urinary catheter.更多还原
