【摘要】 目的探讨对自体骨髓干细胞移植治疗急性心肌梗死患者的护理要点。方法对6例确诊为急性心肌梗死病例,经冠状动脉植入从自体骨髓液中分离出的单个核细胞。在手术不同时期实施有针对性的系统护理。结果有2例出现频发室早、短阵室速,有1例发生血管迷走反应。6例患者安全度过围手术期,术后复查心脏彩超均提示左室射血分数(EF)较术前明显提高。结论医护、护患紧密良好的配合,术前充分的准备,术中术后并发症的早期发现和及时处理是自体骨髓干细胞移植术成功的关键之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore nursing key points of autologous bone marrow stem cell grafting used in treatment of acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods Autologous mononuclear bone marrow cells were grafted in 6 AMI patients via coronary artery.The oriented nursing measures were applied in various operation stages.Results Two patients appeared serious arrhythmia cord,one of them had vague nerve reflection.The six operation were successful.Doppler echocardiogram after operation showed that EF was higher obviously than before.Conclusions Wonderful nursing cooperation with doctors and patients,good preparations before operation and early finding and treating complications during operation are the keys for the operation success.更多还原
