【摘要】 目的研究增设专职质控护士后(新架构)病历质控组对护理病历的质控作用。方法随机抽取2004年6～11月由新架构病历质控组质控的100份病历,然后与随机抽取的2004年1～5月100份病历(对照组)进行分析对比。结果新架构病历质控组实施质控后护理病历各表格书写合格率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论新架构病历质控组对护理病历的质控起到了关键性作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of implementing full time nurses for quality control (a new framework )on the nursing records.. Methods 100 nursing records sampled randomly from June to November in 2004 were treated by a new framework group, compared with 100 nursing records randomly sampled from January to May in 2004(control group) . Results Rates of nursing records Qualified in a new framework group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusions It is suggested that implementing full time nurses should play an important role in the quality control of nursing records.更多还原
