【摘要】 目的探讨静脉留置针在儿科中的临床应用及应注意的问题。方法选择住院患儿160例,按年龄不同分成4组,1组(新生儿),2组(1个月～3岁),3组(3～6岁)和4组(6～12岁),比较各组留置天数及出现并发症的例数。结果1组及4组出现并发症的例数明显低于2组和3组,留置时间长,前者与后者对比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论儿科应用静脉留置针,可减轻患儿的痛苦,减少血管损伤,保持静脉输液通路畅通,提高了治疗和护理质量,尤其在新生儿和年龄较大患儿具有十分重要的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical application effect and problems of venous retaining needle used in pediatrics patients. Methods 160 pediatrics patients were divided into four groups by age: group 1 (newly born baby), group 2 (1 month to 3 years), group 3 (3 to 6 years) and group 4 (6 to 12 years ). The complication and keeping time were observed of four groups. Results The frequency of complication of group 1 and group 4 were less than that of group 2 and group 3. The keeping time of group 1 and group 4 were longer than that of group 2 and group 3 and there were significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusions Venous retaining needle can lessen patients’ pain, reduce damage of vein, improve nursing quality, especially for newly born baby and elderly pediatrics patient.更多还原
