【摘要】 目的探讨提高下尿路结石碎石患者拔尿管后碎石排出率及减轻排尿疼痛的方法。方法随机将64例留置尿管的下尿路结石碎石患者分为观察组和对照组。对照组常规拔除尿管,观察组拔尿管时注入利多卡因凝胶10ml+生理盐水20ml,比较首次排石、排尿的自觉症状,包括尿痛、排尿困难、排尿障碍及碎石嵌顿情况。结果观察组较对照组首次排出碎石的量多,出现自觉症状的例数明显减少(P<0.01)差异有显著性。结论拔尿管时注入利多卡因凝胶能起到润滑及止痛作用,有利于碎石排出、减轻首次排尿痛苦,提高排石率,减少碎石嵌顿等并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe the methods of raising the removing rate of urinary calculus after breaking, and relieve emiction pain. Methods 60 patients were divided into two groups, the experimental group and the control group. Removing urinary canal normally in the control group, and removing urinary canal with lidocaine gel 10mland normal sodium 20ml injection in the experimental group. Subjective symptoms were observed at first removing urinary calculus and emiction, including odynuria, dysuria, emiction disorder and galet incarceration. Results The amount of removing urinary calculus at first time in observation was more, and less cases with subjective symptoms (P<0.01). Conclusions Lidocaine gel injection has lubrication and analgesic effect, and make calculus discharge easy, it relieve emiction pain and decrease complications.更多还原
