【摘要】 目的探讨复方七叶皂苷钠凝胶(商品名:欧莱)在治疗静脉输液所致的局部肿胀和静脉炎的疗效。方法将输液渗漏患者总数81例,随机分成观察组(外涂复方七叶皂苷钠凝胶)和对照组(外涂50%硫酸镁)2组,观察炎症和肿胀消散的情况。结果外涂复方七叶皂苷钠凝胶组,输液渗漏所致的局部肿胀和静脉炎的治愈率明显高于对照组,经χ2检验,差异具有极其显著性(P<0.01)。结论在治疗输液渗漏所致的局部肿胀和静脉炎中,外涂复方七叶皂苷钠凝胶能显著提高治愈率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the treatment of local swollen and vein inflammation caused by treatment of vein liquid injection through Compound Zaoganna Sodium Gel (Name of Goods:Oulai).Methods Total 81 cases of patients for liquid injection penetration was divided into observation group(external Compound Seven Leave Zaoganna Sodium Gel )and comparison group (external use 50% magnesium vitriol)to observe inflammation and swollen elimination situation.Results The group for local swollen and vein inflammation caused by liquid injection penetration for treatment vein liquid for external use Compound Seven Leave Zaoganna Sodium Gel wa much higher cured rate than the comparison group.The χ2 was tested to have remarkable difference (P<0.01).Conclusions The group for local swollen and vein inflammation caused by liquid injection penetration for external use Compound Seven Leave Zaoganna Sodium Gel can improve cured rate remarkably.更多还原
