【摘要】 目的通过分析住院脑损害昏迷患者在恢复期因病情恶化而导致死亡的常见原因,提出有效的护理对策,使在此阶段的患者能够得到全面、系统、科学的护理,以期降低患者死亡率。方法通过回顾分析我院1996～2003年死于脑损害昏迷患者恢复期的40例住院患者的死因。结果使临床护士对恢复期导致患者死亡的主要原因,如肺部感染、肾衰、颅内感染等有充分认识,并提出相应的护理措施。结论正确的护理对策将有效减少脑损害患者恢复期的死亡。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective By the way of assaying the possible reasons of the brain unconsciousness patients, who died of malady aggravation in decubation, to table effective nursing countermeasures, give them an entire, systemic and scientific care, and reduce the death rate.Methods Analysis the information of 40 inpatients in decubation from 1996 to 2003.Results To get the nurses to know the predominant reasons, such as the infection of the lung, the kidney function failure and the intracranial infection, and to expound the corresponding nursing countermeasures.Conclusions Correct nursing countermeasures can effectively diminish the death rate of the patients in decubation who were injured in brains.更多还原
