【摘要】 目的研究笑气吸入镇痛在人工流产术中的应用价值。方法将320例到我院门诊行人工流产的早孕妇女分为研究组和对照组。观察两组受术者术中的疼痛强度、出血量、术前术后呼吸、心率、血压、血氧饱和度变化及人工流产综合征的发生率。结果研究组的疼痛强度明显低于对照组,两组相比差异有显著性(P<0.01);两组术前、术后的血压、心率、呼吸和血氧饱和度及出血量比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论人工流产术中应用笑气吸入,是一种值得临床推广应用的镇痛方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application value of nitrous oxide aspiration analgesia in induced abortion operation. Methods 320 early pregnancy outpatients with induced abortion operation were divided into the study group and the control group. The following indexes were observed in two groups: the pain intensity and hemorrhage volume during operation, respiration, heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation pressure changing and incidence induced abortion syndrome. Results The pain intensity of the study group was obviously lower than that of the control group, the deference was significant, P<0.01. There was no significant deference in other indexes. Conclusions Nitrous oxide aspiration, as a kind of analgesia, is worth spreading methods.更多还原
