【摘要】 目的　静脉穿刺采血是临床护理中技术性较强的工作,直接影响患者的身心健康。为探讨一次进针多次采血减轻患者痛苦的方法,发明了双蝶式多功能穿刺针,试用于临床。方法　对180 例患者(无糖尿病)自身对照,采用常规静脉采血法和双蝶式多功能穿刺针采血法,分别抽取空腹及口服葡萄糖后30、60、120、180 分钟血样共5 次,每人两套做比较,用葡萄糖酶反应法检验血液中糖的含量。结果2种穿刺针采血方法检验结果无差异。结论　提示双蝶式多功能穿刺针可以应用于临床,以便减轻患者的痛苦。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Taking blood sample through venepuncture is a normal technique with strong skill, it influence the physical and mental health of patients. To find a method of taking blood sample with once needling, which relieves suffering of patients, ambi-butterfly transfixion pin were invented and used in the clinical. Methods Own control was done in 180 cases of patients without diabetes mellitus, taking blood sample with common transfixion pin and with ambi-butterfly transfixion pin, blood samples of empty stomach and 30min, 60min, 120min, 180min after oral glucose were taken. With glucose enzyme reaction, the blood close levels were checked. Results There were no significant differences between the results of two methods. Conclusions Ambi-butterfly transfixion pin can be used in the clinical to relieve suffering of patients.更多还原
