【Abstract】 This paper analyses several factors that puzzle the development of university publishing trade in our country, that is, the influence of planned economy publishing mode, the springing up and normalization of private book enterprises and the entry of foreign capital and publishing companies. These objective analyses help us to have a full view of the reality of publishing industry in our country. In order to cast off crisis and walk out of plight, this paper points out that the development orientation of university publishing trade is to enhance the core competitive power of publishing enterprises and promote integral strength. The emphasis of work should be on brand and unique feature construction and carrying out super quality strategies. Management standard can be promoted totally by cultivating excellent publishing talents. Advanced scientific technology and management concepts should be used to propel the development of modern publishing industry.更多还原
