【Abstract】 The system of disregarding the corporate personality dates back to the 19th century in America.It has been accepted by England、German and Japan now.In our country,the concept of disregarding the corporate personality has not found recognition in law yet.In the realities of economic life,conduct that abuse the corporate personality abound.The legislation still lags far behind,it is urgent for us to establish the system.更多还原
