【摘要】 针对传统交易关系的供应商评价选择指标体系的不足,考虑到在当今动态、合作、竞争以及要求快速反映的环境下制造商与供应商关系的转变,从合作伙伴关系以及协调的角度出发,结合平衡计分卡的思想,提出从服务水平、企业能力、合作程度、财务能力4个层面来研究供应商绩效评价问题,并构建相应的评价指标,给出了各指标相应的量化计算方法.更多还原

【Abstract】 For the disadvantage of evaluation and selection index system of supplier based on traditional transaction relation and considering the change of relation ship between manufacturer and supplier under the dynamic,cooperative,competitive and quickly responding circumstance,we study the performance evaluation of supplier from four aspects,i.e.service level,enterprise ability,cooperation degree and financial ability.The evaluation indexes are established based on cooperative partnership,coordination and Balanced Scorecard giving out the respective quantitative calculation methods for all indexes.更多还原
