新型溶胶-凝胶法制备羟基磷灰石粉体及工艺研究
Study on Preparation and Technology of HAP with an Advanced Sol-gel Method
【摘要】 借助正交试验设计方法设计试验方案,用硝酸钙醇溶液和五氧化二磷醇溶液,以溶胶-凝胶法制备了羟基磷灰石(HAP)粉体.对制得的HAP试样分别进行XRD、SEM和TG-DTA分析测试.测试结果的极差分析表明,制备的HAP晶粒为尺寸分布十分均匀的纳米球形或椭球形颗粒,得出较优的工艺参数为:A3B4C3D3.
【Abstract】 With the help of Orthogonal Test Method,HAP powder was prepared from Ca(NO3)2·4H2O and P2O5 with Sol-gel method.The samples of HAP powder were respectively tested by XRD,SEM and TG-DTA.The analysis results of the test show the prepared HAP powder were nano-sized with a spherical or ellipsoidal morphology.An optimized processing parameter was obtained,viz.,A3B4C3D3.
