刀具优选的权重决策
The Weight Decision - making for Optimized Cutter Selection
【摘要】 针对机械加工中刀具优选人工决策效率低下的问题,依据模糊数学理论,结合专家的经验,建立了刀具优选的权重决策数学模型,并在此基础上编制了程序.经实验证明,该系统不仅能合理地优选出刀具,还可缩短机械加工中刀具优选时间,所使用的模糊推理方法,对其它模糊性的优选具有借鉴意义.
【Abstract】 The manual cutter selection is a low efficiency process. According to the theory of the blur mathematics , and combining with the experience of some experts related, we build up the mathematic model of the weight decision - making for optimized cutter selection. And we program ed base on it. The experiment tells us this system not only can select an optimized - cutter, but also condense the period of cutter selection when machining, and increase the machining efficiency. The method of the blur reasoning will be helpful to the selection that has the blur problem.
