数控高速铣刀参数化设计系统的开发

【摘要】 针对数控高速刀具开发的技术特点,采用Pro/TOOLKIT二次开发工具,在VC环境 下,开发了数控高速铣刀参数化设计系统,应用系统给出了高速铣刀设计实例,通过有限元分析的 方法,进行了高速刀具安全性的评价.该系统人机交互过程友好,可方便快捷地完成高速铣刀的参 数化设计,缩短刀具开发周期约60%,为Pro/ENGINEER的二次开发工作提供了有价值的参考.

【Abstract】 Aimed at the trait that the technology of design of high speed cutter, a parametric design system for the design of high speed milling cutter has been carried out, which was accomplished under the Visual C++, with the assistance of Pro/TOOLKIT that is the further development tool provided by Pro/ENGINEER. With the use of the system, a design instance was illustrated and a finite element analyses means was put forward to evaluate the security of the cutter. The system with an advantage of well manipulation, has the quick capability of parametric design of high speed milling cutter, shortens the period of development about 60 percent, and provides valuable reference for the further development of Pro/ENGINEER.
