面铣刀切入方式的判别式推导
Estmation Formula Deduction of Face Milling Cutter Cut-in Manner
【摘要】 针对铣削过程中铣刀的切入破损问题,依据金属切削加工理论,在分析M.Kronenberg 接触法和林树兴几何解析法的基础上,研究了端面铣削过程中刀齿的接触状态,推导出了九种判别 式,从而解决了面铣刀切入类型的计算问题,为优选切入类型、研究切入类型与刀具破损之间的关 系打下基础.
【Abstract】 To solve the cut - in fracture of insertion, according to the theroy of machining of metals, this paper researches into the first contact state of cutter tooth in the face - milling process based on the M. Kronenoberg touch method and LinShuXing geometry resolution method, and deduce nine contact state estimation expressionses,which solves the account problem of the insert entrance style. At the same time, it offers basis for optimizing the entrance style and studying the relationship between the entrance style and the insertion disrepair.
