【Abstract】 In order to guarantee the quality of nursing in Intensive Care Unit(ICU),we applied risk management theory in nursing management.Aimed at the main causes of medical risks,we strengthened the professional training,enforced the nurses’ sense of responsibilities,ensured all the equipments to be the operated normally and all the medical things ready to be used,arranged nursing staff reasonably to guarantee the nursing safety at night,strengthened various rules and regulations,improved nurse-patient communication,and set up complete and unified nursing records,etc.This practice reduced nursing errors and guaranteed nursing safety,which achieved favorable effectiveness.更多还原
