双向即时评价在手术室护生带教中的应用
Application of bidirection immediate evaluation in the clinical teaching of operation room
【摘要】 目的动态了解带教老师的带教质量以及护生的学习综合情况,以满足护生实习过程中的需要,圆满完成手术室实习计划。方法向带教老师发放“带教老师对护生的即时评价表”和向护生发放“护生对带教老师的即时评价表”的方法进行教学双向评价。结果提高了带教老师的整体素质,提高了护生对带教工作的满意度,71.6%的护生和73.6%的带教老师获得良好评价。结论双向即时评价是提高手术室教学质量的一种重要手段。
【Abstract】 Objectives To dynamic evaluate the quality of clinical teaching and the students’ comprehensive learning information,in order to satisfy the students’ demands in clinical practice and accomplish the teaching plan.Method The method of bidirection immediate evaluation was adopted to distribute the immediate evaluation form both to the teachers and students.Results This method improved the whole quality of clinical teachers and students’ satisfaction with clinical teaching,71.6% nursing students and 73.6% clinical teachers showed good appraisal to the method.Conclusion The method of bidirection immediate evaluation was proved to be an important means to improve the quality of clinical teaching in operation room.
