【Abstract】 In order to effectively reinforce the cohesion of nursing team and stabilize the team of contract nurses to improve the quality of nursing in the hospital,we applied the humanity management for contract nurses to provide humanistic service using transposition thinking and stabilized the contract nurses making full use of affection and rewards.As a result,the general quality of nurses was improved and the patients’ satisfaction rate with nursing service raised to 95%.更多还原
