【摘要】 目的总结急性亚硝酸盐中毒患者的救治经验及组织管理措施,以提高治愈率。方法对2003年1月～2004年6月收治的3批86例中毒患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,重点研究急救方法、护理措施和组织管理。结果患者经救治后全部痊愈。轻度中毒患者12h内出院,重毒中毒患者5d内出院。结论迅速明确诊断、快速启动紧急救治预案、指挥得当、措施到位、及时排除毒物和应用解毒剂是抢救成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This article aims to summarize the experience of rescue and management of acute nitrite toxicosis patients,in order to improve the success rate of cure.Method The clinical data of 86 cases of acute nitrite toxicosis in 3 batches from Jan.2003 to June 2004 were retrospectively analyzed,which focused on studying the measures of rescue,nursing interventions and management.Result All the patients were cured,in which the mile patients were discharged within 12 hours,and severe patients were discharged within 5 days.Conclusion The key points to achieve successful rescue were to make a clear diagnosis as soon as possible,to start the rescue scheme promptly,to direct and organize the rescue project appropriately,to put the measures into practice,to eliminate the poison and use antidote early and timely.更多还原
