喷动流化床生物质裂解液体产物的燃烧特性

【摘要】 对生物质在处理量为5 KG/H的小型生物质喷动流化床快速裂解装置中获得的液体产物进行了组成和燃烧特性的分析。通过GC-MS技术分析,鉴定了其中的十四种化合物。它们多为芳香族含氧化合物。对生物质裂解油进行的热分析表明,其易于挥发和燃烧,而且燃烧时产生的灰量亦很少,随加热速率的增加,燃烧的温度有所提高。研究了生物质裂解油的燃烧动力学,利用OZAWA-FLYNN-WALL法,和POPESCU法计算了裂解油在氧气气氛下的热解和燃烧动力学参数,两种方法计算的表观活化能基本一致。

【Abstract】 The composition and combustion characteristics of bio-oil prepared in a spout-fluidized bed reactor, which designed maximum capacity is 5kg/h of sawdust as feeding material, were investigated by GC-MS and thermogravimetry. 14 aromatic series chemicals were identified. The thermogravimetry indicated that the bio-oil was liable to combustion, the combustion temperature increased with the heating rate, and minute ash was generated when it burned. The kinetics of the combustion reaction was studied and the kinetic parameters were also calculated by Ozawa-Flynn-Wall method and Popescu method. The activation values calculated by both methods agree with each other.
