废轮胎的热解行为
Performance of Scrap Tyres Pyrolysis
【摘要】 考察温度、颗粒度等热解条件对废轮胎热解行为的影响。采用程序升温热天平仪考察温度、颗粒度对废轮胎热失重的影响;采用管式反应器考察温度、颗粒度对热解产品(包括热解气、热解油和粗炭黑)收率的影响。实验表明:温度是影响废轮胎热解产品收率的关键因素,400~550°C时热解失重速率最快,超过550°C接近完全热解;若废轮胎热解以得到热解油为目的,温度控制在400~500°C时,热解油产率最高。颗粒大小也是影响产品收率的重要因素,在400~550°C,随着颗粒度的增加废轮胎热解更加完全,粒径为0.3 mm和5.0 mm的废轮胎颗粒热解活化能分别为73.1 kJ/m o l和55.8 kJ/m o l;颗粒度对产品收率的影响也很大,而当颗粒度超过5 mm时对热解产品的影响较小。
【Abstract】 Effects of the pyrolysis condition such as temperature and grain size on the performance of scrap tyres were studied.Thermal gravimetric analyzer was used to analyze the effect of temperature and grain size on thermogravimetric of scrap tyres.Scrap tyres particles were pyrolysised in a tubular reactor to study the effect of temperature and grain size on the product yields.The results indicate that the effect of temperature on scrap tyres pyrolysis is critical.Between 400 (°C) and 500(°C),weight loss rate was rapid,and scrap tyres pyrolysised completely.The pyrolytic temperature must be limited between 400(°C) and 500 (°C),if the aim is to obtain tire-derived oil.Grain size is another important factor to affect pyrolysis of scrap tyres.With the larger grain size,pyrolysis is more completely at 400~500(°C).The activation energy of pyrolytic kinetics of scrap tyres with 0.3 mm and 5 mm grain size are 73.1 kJ/mol and 55.8 kJ/mol,(respectively). However,the grain size has little effect on the pyrolysis when the grain size exceeds 5 mm.
