超细粉碎工艺制备桂花香精的实验研究
Study on the Experiment of Extracting Osmanthus Essence by Superfine Comminution
【摘要】 以桂花为研究对象,以脱醛无水乙醇为助磨剂进行湿式超细粉碎,使桂花细胞内所含的香精成分直接释放并溶解在助磨剂当中。研究了桂花超细粉碎加工工艺过程和工艺特点,分析了超细粉碎过程中影响桂花颗粒的参数。采用激光衍射法分析颗粒的粒度分布及比表面积的变化特点,采用气相色谱及气-质联用仪对该方法提取的香精主要成分进行了分析,并和其他方法制取的净油进行了比较。
【Abstract】 Osmanthus has been comminuted with ethanol as grinding aid in order to release flavor components of osmanthus in the solvent. The study briefly presents technology and feature of superfine comminution of osmanthus and analyses the parameters which influence the size of grains in the course of comminution. At the same time, granularity, distribution of granularity and the change of specific surface have been provided by the method of laser diffraction. Essence components of two samples comminuted for 80 h and 10 h respectively are compared with traditional extraction and supercritical CO2 extraction by GC、GC/MS.
