【Abstract】 An full automatic error separation system composed of the program-controlled multi-tooth dividing table and roundness instrument is introduced in this paper. The error of spindle rotation is reliably separated from the result of measurand specimen. The ability for measurement uncertainty of its roundness is greatly improved.
