【Abstract】 Manpower resource is the most important weight for the enterprise success. Aiming at the data requirement in the enterprise’s manpower resource management and development, we design a system of enterprise’s manpower resource management and development by computer assistant method. This system can give the statistic index such as data and graphics etc. It can supply the solving planning for the user after detailed data analyzing too. The internet technology also makes the system long-distance operation or implement possible.
