ECAP条件下纯铝的应变行为模拟研究
Simulation of Strain/Stress field in ECAP processed pure aluminium
【摘要】 利用MSC.MARC软件对铸造常态纯Al在ECAP条件下的大变形行为进行了初步的模拟计算工作。通过模拟,可以确定以MARC来模拟材料的力学行为是可行的,关键是材料模型的设计;MARC的模拟结果是可信的。对直角ECAP模具的模拟结果表明,大的剪切应变主要发生在模具的直角拐角附近;且偏向于出料口;下直角处的剪切应变要明显大于他处;最大剪切变形量的连线与底面近似成 45°。
【Abstract】 The primary enormous deformation behavior simulation of pure Al processed by ECAP has been studied using MSC. MARC. It’s feasible that the simulation is done by MARC. The crux of this method is the design of the material model. According to the right-angle type die, it’s hereabout the bottom right-angle cornor of the die, partial to the discharge end, that the emormous deformation has been done. The detrsion on the bottom right-angle cornor is in evidence greater than other. The include angle between the link of the max shearing deformation and the bottom line is close to 45℃.
