【摘要】 目的:检测乙肝病毒 P 基因 siRNA（small interfering RNA）对小鼠体内 HBVP 基因在体内的表达抑制作用。方法:利用尾静脉高压法把 PUC-HBV₂ 质粒和 siRNA 一同转入动物体内,使用乙肝检测试剂盒检测 HBsAg 的含量。结果:动物实验表明,4.0μg 的 siRNA 体内抑制率达80%。结论:siRNA 能够有效的降低 HBVP 基因的表达。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To detect the suppression of Hepatitis B virusP gene’s siRNA to the expression of HBVP in mouse.Methods:the siRNA and plasmid HBVP were transferred into mouse’s caudai vein by high press,the content of HbsAg was detected by Diagnostic kit for hepatitis B virus.Results:the experiment in mouse showed:inhibition effect of 4.0μg siRNA was 80% in vivo.Conclusion:the siRNA could effectively suppress the expression of plasmid HBVP in mouse.更多还原
